It has come to the notice of VA Tech WABAG that some fraudsters/unidentified person with malicious intention falsely promising to offer job for the various posts in WABAG by sending Appointment letter/Job offers through emails/SMS/What’s app and other mode of communication by using fake domains/identity which do not belong to VA Tech WABAG, but these could be deceptively similar involving use of words such as VA Tech, WABAG and etc.,

It is hereby clarified that certain unscrupulous elements are sending false e-mails purporting to be from VA Tech WABAG for seeking money to get recruited in various posts of our company, seeking information regarding your personal details, bank accounts etc. to deceive the institutions and members of general public by misusing the name and logo of VA Tech WABAG. VA Tech WABAG has not appointed any individual/agents or any other members for any of its services, nor VA Tech WABAG sends emails seeking bank account details, personal details and etc. VA Tech WABAG has cautioned the public to remain alert and do not fall prey to frauds perpetrated by individuals who impersonate to be employees of VA Tech WABAG.

It is hereby further clarified that the recruitment for various post in VA Tech WABAG is filled by our company are advertised only on our official website. Also, all details regarding recruitment e.g. Call letters, Interview schedule, Final Results and etc., are published only in our official website https://www.wabag.com/careers/

In view of this, VA Tech WABAG cautions members of public to be aware of such fake appointment letters issued by fraudsters promising job in our company and do not produce personal details and other bank details at any point of time to any persons. Any advertisement/communication from outside source or from unidentified person should be cross verified for authenticity from the website. Institution and members of public at large dealing with such persons would be doing so at their cost and consequence and VA Tech WABAG shall not be responsible for anything in this regard.
